Delivery Information

Free Delivery on orders over £20.  For orders below this amount, there is a standard charge of £4 for postage and package.

We do everything possible to ensure that your goods reach you in perfect condition.  When they leave our premises, they have been carefully packed to ensure that they can't be damaged in transit.  Should your goods reach you in less than perfect condition, you should phone or email us within 24 hours. We will require photos of damaged goods in order to be able sort out your problem.


We use either Royal Mail or a courier to deliver our products and they should reach you within 3 days of the order. Often delivery will be quicker than this.  If you have specific delivery instructions, please include them in the comments box and we will pass them on.


If you are from outside of the UK, please ensure you enter your country when registering.  If your Country isn't listed then please contact us so we can advise you of delivery arrangements and costs. 


Please be aware that some products will settle during transit, meaning that the tubs sometimes don't appear to be full.  We are selling products by weight and this is unaffected by the settlement process.


Customer Pick-up

You can now collect your order from our Show Room at Unit 12 Orleton Road, Ludlow, Shropshire, SY8 1XF.  Here you will also find some of the products we can't risk sending through the post, such as our ever popular cake tins!  Simply select "Customer Pickup" next to Delivery method at check out and you won't be charged for delivery.




Refund Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you have the right to cancel within 7 days of receipt of goods.  If you do cancel within this period, then you will be entitled to a refund of the goods providing they are returned in their original condition, with tamper evident seals in place.  Please contact us to find out how to arrange the return of your goods.  Please note that postage and package costs are non refundable.
